“It works for about a day. I have a dapple doxie. And this did not help him. I get more result using dial soap. I was really hoping this would help. He licks his feet 4/. Hes 10yrs old and has been dealing with this since we have had him. At 6 weeks. The older he gets the worse. Vet has done shots and pills and powder. Any recommendations Im welling to try.”

Antibacterial soap such as Dial will strip all the essential good bacteria and oils needed to support the skin and coat, so I wouldn't recommend using that.
Our Probiotic Grooming line sometimes takes -4 weeks of consistent use to see results. Every pet is different and takes different amount of time for the skin and coat to restore to a healthy state.
Here are some simple tips to help achieve the best possible results!
For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every -4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skins natural biome and doesnt disrupt it.
For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. We highly recommend using a daily-use product, like Daily-use Probiotic Deodorizer or Daily-use Probiotic Detangler. The daily-use products will provide a much needed boost of probiotic to those trouble spots.
You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized.

“We bought this for our dogs because they both have itchy coats. It took a few washes for the smell the actually be noticeable on them. That being said they dont seen to itch any less than they do (yes they're on medication) though we are going to try a few more baths before we say it doesnt work altogether. We LOVE the deodorizer that we put on them to help spruce up the scent though. It keeps them fresh between baths. Going to give it another go to try and help with the itching.”
