“I can still see pee spots and I have a great carpet shampoo product. They have been there quite a while so that may be why.”

Hi Julie, We appreciate your feedback! The Pet Stain Carpet Cleaner Kit should still be able to remove the stains. With older stains repeat treatments may be necessary. We also recommend letting the solution sit for about five minutes before soaking up any excess fluid with a highly absorbent cloth.
