“The stuff that was supposed to help with neutralizing the smell, did the same thing the pee pad stuff did. The odor in my machine when it was done took my breath away it was so putrid. I had to re-sanitize the pads using Clorox 2. I had high hopes that this would help me with the strong urine odor. It just made things worse and I had to use my machine for another two hours to get rid of the odor left behind. Even what I use is not perfect but a 100 percent better than whatever this is.”
“This stuff does the job to the tee. However, the odor eliminator does have a Clorox smell to it. Don't freak out as I did. I messaged customer service who quickly, and kindly, wrote me back stating there are no harsh chemicals in these products. Thus, the smell. I have not noticed any kind of reaction from my dogs/cats when spraying this. I also love the fact you can spray this product on anything, including the air. Great job guys!”
