We are so glad to hear that you are giving this another try! While there are pets who get immediate relief, every pet is different and it can take up to 2-4 weeks of consistent use for the skin and coat to restore. Also, the live colony forming bacteria reach full cultivation within 72 hours.
For pets with chronic skin issues we recommend giving our Probiotic Itch Relief Shampoo a try and bathing once every three days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. Our Probiotic Itch Relief Spray can be used daily or as needed to promote good bacteria growth in-between baths. This spray should be applied directly to the coat, massaged gently into the skin, and left to dry naturally. Please let us know how these recommendations go!
