“I thought this product was amazing. My little pup had an irritation on her front right paw that was so bad, she chewed right through the fur and you could see her bare skin. It was dark in color from being so irritated. When I went to spray the second application for hours after the first, her skin was back to it's natural color. “I've tried various different hot spot gels over the years and this one is by far THE BEST out of all of them!! My 15 yo tends to get hot spots in the summer time, albeit with a caveat that I've noticed far less this year (2023) than in prior years now that he's on all Skout's Honor grooming products (shampoo, conditioner, paw spray, deordorizer spray, pet balm, ear cleaner). “My husky has a lot of food sensitivities and skin issues. She gets itchy and inflamed skin around her mouth/lips when she eats food she has issues with. It doesn't make the itchy and inflamed areas around her mouth disappear, but it does help with keeping the area from getting itchy. This allows it to heal on its own since she does not scratch at it.”
“Helps hot spots on my dogs paws heal faster. My dog has had a problem with licking his paws and creating hotspots lately and whenever one appears, I put this gel on generously and often and keep him from licking by putting Footy pajamas on him (or a cone if really needed) and within a few days it heals.
