I have used a lot of different balms for my dogs nose. She has really bad allergies and her nose gets crusty and almost infected looking. Noticed results just after 1 day of use! No chapped nose.

My dog has such bad season allergies and his paws get raw. This balm is a life saver! It helps calm and soothe my dog's paws. So thankful I found something that ACTUALLY works!

I’ve just started using this on my frenchies wrinkles 3 days ago and all the inflammation and gunk is GONE. This stuff is awesome. I have nine dogs at home and everyone already lines up to get it put on their noses. They love it.

Been using this paw balm and my goldens love it and moisturizes the pads of their feet really well. When it gets dry and cold out the pads get cracked and rough. Love this balm

First let me say, what little I have managed to use I do think helps my dog's paws. The problem is that I can't get it out, this is a very solid waxy substance and no matter how much i rub my fingers on it I don't feel like I'm getting anything on them. I have settled for sticking my dog's paw in the container and hoping he gets something on his pads but I don't think that's accomplishing a whole lot either and certainly isnt getting the coverage I want. I saw in response to another review that they are updating the formula to address this so I look forward to that.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your feedback! Our Prebiotic Pet Balm does have a harder consistency at first and this is to ensure that the balm doesn't melt during transit. We recommend first breaking the surface of the balm by applying pressure with your thumbs. Once you break the surface, rub a small amount of balm between your fingers (a little bit goes a long way), before applying it to the desired area. We have since updated our formula so keep an eye out. Let us know if you still have trouble and we're happy to help. Kind Regards, Susie
