Our protocol is to cancel possible fraudulent orders within 24 hours if we don't get a response. After receiving your response email, on the 14h of August, concluding that you were aware of this purchase and to confirm you weren't fraud, I followed up with an email on the 15th of August, letting you know that I had already cancelled your order and refunded you the amount of $54.87. I also then sent you an invoice for the same products in a new order and even honored your 10% off discount you had used. We never heard back from you and this order is still sitting as a draft order in our system, unpaid for. I'd be happy to go through with your shipment and I can resend you the invoice if needed too if you'd like to proceed but I just want you to be aware that you were refunded on August 13th for $54.87.
