Thank you for giving our Probiotic Shampoo+Conditioner a try! Our probiotic blend is formulated specifically to balance your pet's skin microbiome, however for pets with chronic issues it can take up to 2 - 4 weeks of consistent use for the skin and coat to restore. We recommend bathing once every three days for the first two weeks and then once a week until the skin normalizes. Additionally, we have a great Probiotic Itch Relief Spray that you can use between bathing to help soothe any itching and irritation!
