I'm so sorry to hear you are not seeing good results. I'm going to refund your most recent order and I'd suggest maybe not using anymore if there is hair loss happening. Maybe something in the product is not agreeing with him/her.

“So far I love this! I have a 10 yr old Shihtzu & she started getting yeast infections between one of her paws. Vet did many rounds of meds but I was not happy with that. You can definitely use the shampoo in front of the ears as well. That is just a general precaution as we don't want it being misused.
How long have you been using the shampoo and how often? Would love to help!
