“Paid for next day delivery, but light wasn't receive for 3 days. After calling, I'm still awaiting a refund for postage. Called 3 times to let them know fixtures weren't threaded properly and can't be used. Twice they have said they would call to discuss this and I am still waiting. Had to cancel the electrician twice at a cost of £50. Very dissatisfied. Can't comment on the actual light yet but it better be good!”
