“Okay, let's keep it short. There are two major problems. The first is that the double-sided tape is useless. It didn't stick to the back of the LED strip or the surface it was to be mounted on. It may as well have been smeared with baby oil. I have installed many LED strips over the years and I can categorically say, don't touch these until they're supplied with 3M backing tape. The second problem is that a 10M reel had a dead band of LEDs between cut marks. VERY POOR QUALITY. I should have returned them but I'd already cut to length. In the end. I ordered some 8mm 3M double-sided tape which fixed the adhesion issue but I'm still left with that dead band of LEDs on a 6 meter run.”

“Excellent product. Just what I needed. Staff gave great advice over telephone do I knee I was getting correct item for my needs. Gives out a really relaxing warm evenly spread continous light. Perfect.”
