“You can't play around with people's lives, so any Fire safety instruction is valuable. On this course information is presented logically and sequentially, and whilst a lot is common sense and standard practice, there are nuggets to be gained, and any repetition has to be worthwhile to reinforce good habits and procedure. It has given me confidence in our processes and that our thinking is on the right lines, alongside several items we might revisit and amend. I would highly recommend this course.”
