“Best e cig ever, love the Mint Breeze and have not even thought about a cigarette, I have three batteries and always have them charged, easy to assemble and use, price is great, I have tried many e cigs but this one is the one !!”

Hi Caroline, Thank you for the E-Cigarette review! Just to let you know, in an E-Cigarette refill there is roughly 30 cigarettes worth of nicotine (about 200 puffs per refill), with 7 puffs being about 1 cigarette's worth of nicotine. And as 1 box of E-Cigarette refills has 5 refills in for a maximum of £9.99, that means each refill only costs at most £2! However if you are just starting it can be really easy to puff away without thinking about it, and use more than you need!
