“Great service, in respect of both timely delivery and online support/help when you have an issue - mostly "user error" I think, rather than the site itself! The Original flavour refills are pretty good, as they're very similar to the real thing which was important to me. The pricing is good too and there's always lots of deals advertised, SMOKO is good at keeping its customers up-to-date. I've recommended the product and service to several other people, following a recommendation from a long term customer and delighted to say that one has now signed up too! Cheers guys.. I'll be back in touch with my next order soon..”

“Very good customer service. I like the fact you can reduce the % but it is more expensive than a lot of similar products on the market and there is postage to pay on top. xxx”
