“Original tobacco 1.1 are a really nice mellow but authentic tobacco tasting e-cig flavour. Have tried the other tobacco varieties but settled on this.”

“I've been using SMOKO e-cigarettes (various flavours) for six months now and have not smoked a cigarette since! The original flavour is a really good substitute for tobacco and having started on the higher nicotine refills, thought I'd try a lower level. The taste is just as satisfying, with a nice hint of vanilla, but I do seem to be getting through the refills more quickly than I did with the 2% and 1.8%.”

Now you're at the stage of lowering the strength of your E-cigarette refills, try putting your E-cigarette out of sight and letting your cravings dictate when you use it - this may help to slow the rate at which you get through the refills!
