“Got what you need. Arrived charged so no need to wait. Charges 2 hrs as said, get 2 to stop baccy temptation. No red light on charger as specified. But turns off as said. I vape as well. But these much better for pocket, pricier, but for me ok as baccy cost lot more & tin, lighter, butt container takes more room.”

It sounds like you have one of the new, updated USB chargers that doesn't have the red light on, but the light at the end of the e-cigarette will still go off when it is fully charged! “Whilst I really liked the e-cigarette and believe it could help me quit smoking, as a 60 a day smoker, I am constantly vaping and batteries only last very short time, yes I could buy more batteries and keep a charged one ready but I find when charging them so often,they lose power, may try the e-liquid with a longer lasting battery mod”

If you find you are vaping constantly then you may need a second battery to switch to when the first one runs out of charge for seamless vaping throughout the day. If the batteries aren't charging correctly this could be an issue with the connection between the USB and the e-cigarette battery, there is a trick which sometimes works to correct this, but you can always give us a call on 0800 772 0234 so we can make sure you've got everything you need and it is working as it should!
