“Design could be better, i don’t like the straps dangling each side of shoulder strap, there should be a clip fitting and maybe not so long. the pocket on the front is a bad idea as its an easy target for pick pockets. I don’t think this bag is worth the price tag as it’s not high quality. i like quality and well thought out products with good design. You need to make changes and listen as i have given you free advice. i’m not overwhelmed with this product which is no doubt made in china cheaply. Stains easily too”
