You say the offer wasn’t active at the time I purchased the bag, then please explain how the cross body was in my basket, after adding the code, and cost was crossed out and replaced with £0.00? I guess I must be lying.
I’m afraid what you’re saying is wrong. I know 100% the free bag was in my basket when I checked out. However you try to justify negating on the offer, is up to you, but what you’re saying simply isn’t true.
Never got my 25% discount voucher either, that was promised, if I submitted a review. Maybe it was only for positive reviews?

As stated in direct correspondence:
• The offer was not listed at the time of purchase.
• The crossbody code would only work with a crossbody added to cart, and then the code inserted (as this would then tally the basket down). Without a crossbody in the basket, the code would state ‘invalid’ as it would not be able to proceed. There was no crossbody in your cart or order page at the time of purchase.
• The purchase that was made was in a period of a separate offer, that you were successfully able to take advantage of.
• As stated in our email correspondence, if you had wished to add *any* crossbody to your order at the time of purchase, based on the prices of that specific promotion the overall amount would have been £0.01 less than if you had used the Crossbody promotional code.
We remain very grateful for your custom, and for being able to take advantage of the promotion that was listed. However it is necessary for us to state the above as it simply wasn’t the case that the offer was valid at your time of purchase.
