Hi, I was looking forward to recveiving my new Spiral bag and my first roll-top of it's kind in my collection. I really am behind the brand and what you guys are doing and making a quality product for less than the top makes. Unfortunately I found it has fallen short on a number of design features, which given extended use I believe may not be so kind on longevity. I have attached photos for more details. (1) The zipp pull tab on the front of the bag is large and makes an annoying metal on metal jingle jangle as I walk. Most annoying. (2) The straps are sewn on in slightly different positions from strap to strap and the buckles are really cheap thin plastic ones. (3) The stitching on the handle underside and toppside is inconsistent from side to side and is badly stiched. The fold of material looks unprofessionally done, as is the sticthing holding it together. Double sticthing would hav been better. (4) The webbing on the front of the bag is missaligned, such that when the machine sticthed across it, the sticthes go over on one side but not the other. It's clearly moved during the process. (5) The design of a waterproof material with an open pocket on the side (for a drink) and front (for something thin) has no cover flaps, so if it was to rain, these pockets would just eventually fill with water. Not a great design. (6) The smell. The inside of the bag smells like other stuff that I've ordered form China. Like a fish factory. It honks. Not a great selling first impression when you open it up. (7) The manufacturers label could do with more details of washing/care on it. Don't get me wrong, the size and utility of the bag is great, and with just a few modifications I thinik it could be great, but even at this price point, there is now stiuff competition, and quality standard really do need to be stepped up a knotch. Sorry for being so negative, but hopefully this is constructive critisism that can be fed back to the manufacturers. Regards, Matt Sparkes

I bought the Spiral Olive deluxe transporter as a gym/travel backpack. I’ve just used it for a week on holiday and it’s a great piece of kit. It’s spacious (the roll top is a simple but great idea) the material you can just wipe down also. It also has a number of compartments to carry a laptop or simply a way of dividing what you’re carrying. The straps are comfortable and adjustable. All in all, it’s a great rucksack

Bought an Olive Transport Deluxe Backpack after looking and trying many other bags, I mainly use it for commuting by bike so it needed to be water proof and be able to carry all sorts of stuff which by the way it does both with ease, and feels comfy on my back to boot. Had my eye on these bags for a while now and am very glad I took the plunge and got one. 5 STARS
