“A lovely piece of kit but there’s an issue with the glue they’re using which produces a rather ghastly stench of rotting fish combined with soiled nappies and the stale beer and fag end halitosis of Nigel Farage. The wonderful company immediately sent a replacement (which I hadn’t actually asked for, nor had I asked for a refund as it’s not a big issue that a turn in the washing machine couldn’t nearly eliminate) which was exemplary. I should also point out that some time ago I bought one of their roll-top rucksacks which had no issues whatsoever and remains absolutely brilliant.”
