“I searched online for some time to find a solid bench that I could use for bench press in my home gym set up. This one is a folding bench, which means there will always be some movement. However, I have found it very well designed and very robust. It arrives pre made, which is great, and it only takes a couple of minutes to familiarise yourself with it. It packs away quickly and makes a compact load that can be easily carried around. I am 70kg and have used up to a 70kg bench press and the bench feels completely solid. The quoted upper weight limit is 180kg but from my experiences I suspect it could take more. The padding is firm, comfortable and the right width to support my back under load. I am impressed and would recommend it for any home gym user.”
