“Nothing reaches like it - the longest grip distance of all. I use it for keeping long 6x6mm bar in place whilst welding it to hold mesh for fruit cages. Saves loads of time being able to weld full length of 800mm too 1400mm cages. I plan to make some additional smaller gripping faces - just a threaded bolt with facing - use two nuts for fitting will sort the stress on the threads when needed as the clamping force is very high.”
