Yes - measure WELL. I’d advice size down on the circumference so it doesn’t slip off BUT do understand the sleeve is tight in the beginning & loosens up the more you wear it. Then after u wash it/dry it, it tightens up again. I have several to rotate thru the week.

So, Bruce offered a refit shipment at a discount. This time a smaller silicone ring and my regular fit (1 size larger than the ring) shaft. Which arrived in 8 days from China to The Netherlands. Excellent! Now it stays on without problems and is very comfortable to wear for hours.
Getting it on takes some getting used to, i use the large spandex jacket with a snug silicone cockring - cut of a sleeve of an inferior brand.. Kind of Sili.. ;-) - behind my glans to pull my penis through the Innerwear. I can't put my fingers in the Innerwear and pull it through that way. Once i have managed to get the excess foreskin out of the way, it is a nice fit. I'm about 15 hours in right now and loving it.
I also have the Corkscrew, but as i had the wrong fit of Innerwear haven't tested extensively. Will test that and the Sabreskin next week.
Well worth the investment i say and they actually care and support the customer instead of a certain Sili company selling Aliexpress junk.”
