“I was really enjoying my new watch, and I like the style and design so much I ordered a second one. However, in less than 10 days I have now had to reset the time 4 times, ostensibly it keeps time with precision for up to 5 years, its however now been off time by 20-30 minutes on 4 seperate occaisions after 10 days of owning it.”
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the timekeeping issue with your watch. It’s great to know you love the design and style, but I completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with time inaccuracies so soon after purchasing. If watches come in contact with strong magnets (e.g. speakers, induction stove etc.) it can happen that they influence their accuracy. This problem can be resolved by a jeweler. Also, feel free to send the watch to us and we will repair it without additional costs. Hope I could help you.
