“The Hamburg as a watch is very lovely. It is thin, beautifully made and very pleasant on the wrist just as expected from the images. The graphic design of the dial and its product execution are delightful. There are only two things that I need to comment on: 1. The black of the dial and the band look more black in the photos than they are. In reality it is more like an 85% grey. It does not disappoint me but it is a noticeable difference. It is still okay to call the finish black but the images should be revisited to guide customers better. 2. The crown is missing the beautiful logo, all Sternglas watches should have it. I see no reason to omit that detail even from a smooth dress watch. Overall a great watch experience and will buy more models in near future.”
“I was concerned about the size of this watch since I have pretty small wrists. Fits and looks great. The quartz version of this watch is very thin so it doesn’t wear as big as a typical 43 mm. Looks great, really like the black and all the additional tick marks give it a compass/barometer type of feel.”

Dear Emmanouil, thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately we have a little misunderstanding here. when the battery is empty that doesn't mean, that the watch ran some time. During production, it can unfortunately happen that a faulty battery makes it through quality control and is then installed in the watch. That is unfortunately what happened in this case. :( Therefore, we have asked you to have the battery replaced. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us!
