“Color is completely wrong, essentially black instead of even remotely blue. The second hand is in the wrong spot, never aligns with the markers representing seconds as it ticks. It’s like the watch face is crooked or something. The strap is also the wrong color, and has tons of imperfections.
For a brand that advertises quality at a reasonable price, it ended up being neither. When I reached out to customer service about the issues, they said that you can’t get watches where the second hand is in the right place for under four figures. It’s never been an issue on any other watch I’ve ever owned, snd I’ve never paid more than 2 or 3 hundred for a timepiece.
It sounds like they’re in denial about the quality of their products.

Thank you for your detailed review. We are sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your watch. It is indeed correct that In production, the second hand is pressed onto the second pinion. While it is theoretically possible to align it perfectly with the markings on the dial, it is a highly complex and time-consuming process that is typically reserved for high-end watches with four-digit price tags.
Furthermore, since the second hand moves every second, even a tiny discrepancy of a thousandth of a millimeter can cause the hand to deviate by 1 mm after 1,000 seconds. This is unfortunately normal in everyday use, as the second hand can be influenced by environmental factors such as magnets (e.g., in electronic devices) and others. It is not feasible for us to achieve greater precision while staying within our price range. Furthermore as the strap is made from leather a natural material the appereance can differ. We are once again sorry that we couldn't fullfil your expectations. If there is anything we can do for your never hestitate to reach out.
