A beautiful watch. Much nicer in person than in photos

I received my Sternglas Circus Theater Roncalli watch on December 11, 2022. I immediately set the correct date and time and, in the last eleven days it has stayed very accurate. Certainly it has not gained or lost over 10 seconds and most likely not more than 5 seconds. I consider that to exceptional for this inexpensive yet handsome watch. I'm more than pleased with my purchase.

The design is very good with a beautiful shade of blue suiting the gold tone case. It might be worth mentioning on the web description that the lunar phasing is one full cycle per month rather than daily.

It's fantastic! I love anything with a carnival or circus theme and it just happens that my favorite color scheme is blue, red, and gold so this watch is even better than I could've asked for. The only complaint I have is that it's 8am and the date on the dial still says it's yesterday.

Hey James, thank you so much for your awesome review. The whole Team is very happy about it! Here are some instructions to set the date of your watch correctly: Unfortunately, the date display on your watch does not automatically recognize whether it is 12 o'clock at noon or 12 o'clock at night. It can therefore happen that the date is always changed at noon and that an incorrect display is regularly displayed. I would be happy to explain how to set the date correctly. To do this, please set the date display back to yesterday's date. Now move the time forward by 12 hours until the hands indicate the correct time again. 1) As soon as the date jumps to today while you are setting the time, it is midnight for the clock. Then put your watch forward again by 12 hours until the correct time is reached again. Then you can be sure that the date display will properly jump to tomorrow's date at midnight (and not at noon at 12 o'clock). 2) If the date has not jumped after you have put the clock forward by 12 hours for the first time, you do not have to move the clock forward by another 12 hours. Even then you know that the date display will correctly change again at 12 o'clock in the morning and then show the correct date. Since every second month only has 30 days and February is also an exception with the number of days in the month, you have to correct the date manually from time to time. This is normal and not a cause for concern. Best wishes from Hamburg!
