“My Hamburg is amazing - works very well - easy to read and the lume runs all night, allowing me to read the time at night! All Sternglas watches should have this feature! Time gain is not bad, only requiring an adjustment every week or so. Fits comfortably, and looks very classy! I love my watch!”
“I love the sparseness of the dial especially given the watch’s size and didn’t want the smaller quartz version so opted for the automatic Hamburg variation which only comes with a date complication. Unfortunately the window for the date is too small to adequately view the number as the number wheel is set too far back from the face of the dial and so is almost without exception in shadow and thus for all intents and purposes illegible. This feels like a classic case of form over function which is a shame as there is so much to be admired about this watch. Hopefully the new designs coming online will address this oversight or should I say under sight?”
