“The watch is very nice indeed, exact as seen on the internet page. It runs very well (upto now after one week).
One minor point: one of the decisive points to buy the watch was the possibility to see the time at night. Which was advertised with a photo, on which you clearly can read the time.
My watch fails to do so. I can see the the 'round' numbers 1 to 12, but the hands does not glow at all. A pity indeed.
As I had reading somewhere the glowing effect may be 'charged' by placing the watch under a lamp for some time. Which I did for 5 hours, resulting the watch stopped at 8 o'clock in the morning, with no glowing at all.
I have to consult with Sternglas whether this can be solved. If not, I will return the watch.”
