You're absolutely right that a cardboard box wasn't necessary for your order. Within Germany, we actually only ship via regular mail. I apologize that this was not the case for your order. It was a complete exception, unfortunately, there was a mix-up in the warehouse.
However, we place great importance on ensuring that our packaging is plastic-free, and we exclusively use FSC-certified paper chips made from 100% recycled paper as packaging material. :)
