“From initial contact through to delivery service was quick and efficient.
My only, tiny, criticism would be that presumably because I needed the shorter strap, the package came as the watch in a plastic pouch, the strap unattached and in its wrapping and the presentation box was empty and separate. Had the watch been a gift, I would have had to assemble it myself, IKEA style.”
