I only see your review now. What a pity that you are unable to use the donning aid. unfortunately, I did not receive a message from you either, as I would of course have liked to help you.
You ordered a size L. This donning aid is only suitable for calves from 18.5 inches. It is very important to order the right size. If the donning aid is too large, the compression stocking will not fit over it or will be very difficult to fit over it. There is naturally limited stretch in a stocking, hence. This will also prevent you from using the donning aid.
