“I’m just saying I’ve been taking 2.5mg minoxidil and .5 of Dutasteride for about 2-1/2 months. I think they are working but not sold on the results right now. I saw more aggressive results while taking the equivalent of these two in the topical application. Not sure if I’m sold yet on the oral form of these 2 meds but know it takes time.”
“The title says it all. I came from approx. 8 years of ingested finasteride/dutasteride and topical minoxidil formula. My hairline was holding up fairly well over the 8 years. I saw Strut and figured it would make the process a little easier by reducing steps and saving time. Unfortunately, I had some shedding early on which sucks for the dedication I put in the last 8 years. I reached out to my assigned pharmacist who told me it was "normal" as my body adapts to the new modality of application. I stayed faithful and, well, after 1 full year of use my before and after pictures are APPARENT. Clear loss of hairline and thinning. I will be switching back to my old modality. Would never recommend Strut over to the traditional ingested finasteride or dutasteride and topical minoxidil.

Hello, We are sorry to hear you're not happy with the hair formula.. Studies show that oral will always have a higher success rate but will have higher risks of side effects therefore patients like the topical option. As you know hair growth is a complicated journey. Results will be different for every individual and it can take 6 months to a year to see results. Using a hair vitamin and a derma roller 3-4 times per week can help enhance the penetration of the medication even more. If you formula had minoxidil in it, it can cause shedding in the beginning.
