“My package arrived. Damage support has done nothing I can’t even use the product because it all spilt out in the packaging when it was shipped to me. They wanted a picture when I threw everything out because it was greasy and messy. Would not recommend strut, This is my first experience with the company and it has been the worst so far. I will be canceling my service.”

We are happy to process any replacement orders if the order was damaged but we have a protocol we follow therefore ask to see the damaged product. “So far so good. Wish this could be applied during the day with a lighter fragrance. But I guess it’s meant to be an overnight application then wash your hair in the AM. The dermaroller is key.”
