“The drug is fine and works normal but dealing with Stut for any refunds or reshipments is very cumbersome. There's basically no way to dispute a delivery without contacting customer service and then they just ship your next order early vs replacing or crediting your account. And then you have to email and request again and again to get the situation resolved.”
“Product works fine but be careful. Once you put your credit card information in there is no way to delete it. They will just keep charging and charging you. I do not use as much as they send me so I put the account on pause. but once the pause expires they will just automatically charge your card and send the product. I now have 3 full bottles and cannot stop them. I emailed customer service 3 times and even threatened to involve my attorney but received NO response at all. Don't even bother to try to call them, you will be wasting your time.”
Hi Gary, You can always suspend your subscription if you have too much product on hand. If you suspended your subscription we do not resume it. I do see you asked for a refill in November and it was never suspended after that refill. I do see your subscription is suspended now so we will not ship any refills.
