Only thing I would comment on is the returns info section doesn't give you a great deal of info. You have to pay for returns - I also ordered a size 14 just incase- and was advised on the chat function that we pay returns and the postage it then refunded but this doesn't appear to be the case. Its not such an issue now I know I should be a 12 in anything I order but just a heads up if you're ordering multiple styles in multiple sizes”
