“I have only been taking this supplement for a month and I love it. My water tastes like water and it dissolves completely. I use a 1/2tsp and shake it up in my glass bottle and in 30 seconds its all dissolved. I do notice my joints are not as achy and I'm most surprised by how quickly nails grow. They grow very strong where before they used to grow and split. This is just what my body needed.”

“I used opti-flakes for a couple months. Very active, jogging, biking, rock climbing, basketball, snowboarding. My joints feel great. Feel like I'm 25 again. Skin, Hair, Teeth, nails look super. I recommend MSM to all my old friends.”

“Just got this in today I was so excited to try it. I started off with a 1/2 tsp and surprisingly there's no bitter taste when mixed with a full glass of water. I'm not sure if this is supposed to give you a burst of energy but I feel great and energized. I'm anxious to see some of the benefits after I've been using this long term. The price is a little higher compared to other companies that sell Optimsm, but I can always count on Sunfood to give me premier ingredients and quality products and I love the packaging.”

“Take this every morning and after-workouts to repair connective tissue, joints, muscles, etc. Helps with the delayed onset muscle soreness for sure!!! Take with Camu Camu to ensure optimal absorption!”

“I add 1 tsp of MSM flakes & a tiny amount of vitamin C packed Camu Camu to an 8 oz glass of distilled water EVERY DAY: You will want to drink this mixture fairly quickly as these fairly tasteless MSM flakes unfortunately do not dissolve completely in liquid & neither does the Camu Camu, but to that I say so what! I pretty much gulp down my daily cocktail of MSM & CAMU CAMU because I know how good it is for me to do so, not because I'm in the mood to slowly sip & savor something that tastes really good! (LOL)”

“This stuff is fantastic! The flavor is very bitter, but that's just MSM. If you put it in smoothies, give it something to take away the flavor, like Agave or Yacon. Once you get used to it. It's wonderful. My joints and bones are magnificent because of it.”
