Our certified organic Cacao Nibs are simply made by crushing cacao beans into small pieces – that’s it. Low temperatures are maintained during production to preserve the delicate nutrients and vibrant flavors found in pure cacao.

“Excellent quality. I love eating some of these alongside black coffee. Amazing in trail mixes, too! And just about anything else. It's amazing how when you pair the bitter cacao bean with anything sweet (such as sprinkling them in nice cream, mixed in a trail mix with raisins and goji berries, etc.) it actually comes out tasting like sweetened dark chocolate.”

“There's nothing like Chocolate the real one that is. The taste is not the best by itself but no problem you mix or add it to many things. I personally take it with honey and it a tasty snack. Also its cheap go and get yourself one today.”

“Even without health benefits, these are DELICIOUS mixed into yogurt! I actually prefer the yogurt with these nibs than without, which I was not expecting. Add to that the supposed health benefits (the internet said so, so it must be true!). LOL I like em, but they are not for everybody. If you can appreciate an acquired taste, these are absolutely delicious. Just remember they are 100% cacao with 0 sugar.”

“These cocoa nibs are great. They have a much fresher taste then other brands do. They are great to add to baking as they add a nutty taste and texture but still have a chocolaty taste too. I think they would be a great alternative to nuts in baking or trail mix if someone was allergic to nuts.”

“These nibs are fun to eat. They're crunchy and munchy. I enjoy making a trail mix with these. Equal parts nibs, carob chips, goji berries, nuts (optional). A very tasty treat!”
