“The cacao is great. Tastes good and is easy to use. Must be patient when mixing with liquids as takes a while and tends to puff into a cloud so a bit messy. This product a while ago used to come in a rigid package and was very easy to scoop out. Now it comes in an envelope type packaging. Hard to get a scoop or measuring cup in and out without making a mess. So I pour the powder out as carefully as possible. Not ideal but better than scooping.”
