The Sunfood Difference™
Chia seeds have a mild and nutty flavor. Legend has it that they used to be revered by the Aztecs and the Maya. The name “chia” comes from the word chian, meaning “oily” in the Aztec language of Nahuatl.
Chia Seeds are a good source of magnesium and excellent source of fiber. They are versatile, easy to use, and offer a satisfying crunch, especially when added to puddings.

These chia seeds are very versatile in any recipe. You can make chia pudding, chia egg, and top or blend it into smoothies.

I like to add two spoonful to my milk. It will thicken my drink and makes it tastes more like a dessert! Love it!!

Chia seeds are a must in my diet. I put these in my smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, and I love making chia pudding. As you know, they make a great thickening agent, and if you grind them into a powder with a coffee grinder, they totally disappear into whatever you're making.

We use these daily in green drinks. Adds substance, making the drink really seem like a meal in itself, and a daily dose of vitamins, minerals and other good things!

I wasn't sure at first about chia (remembering the cha-cha-cha-chia) but I add coconut milk, agave and thawed sweet cherries, let thicken in the fridge and have to stop myself from eating all of it. Much better alternative to pudding.
