The Sunfood™ Difference
Our raw, certified organic, and Non-GMO Project Verified Whole Flaxseed is carefully cultivated and harvested to maintain the nutrient content. With a mild nutty flavor, flaxseed is filling and versatile to be included in different types of recipes from breakfast to desserts. Flaxseed is a plant source of omega-3 fatty acids and is a source of dietary fiber that may help support optimal digestion and gut health.
For maximum nutritional benefit, grind the seeds first. You can add them to your morning smoothie or oatmeal, sprinkle on your salad, or bake into cookies. Flaxseed is one of nature’s greatest gifts and one of the oldest cultivated crops that is now being rediscovered all over the world.

I use flax seeds and chia seeds in my morning smoothie and love the way it thickens it and makes it so lusious!

Very fresh and when I grind it in small batches for my cereal, I make sure to refrigerate. The wonderful aroma lasts all week.

With some digestive issues and multiple doctor recommended medications, I opted to try another approach. Flax has become a regular product in my house and has replaced any medication that was prescribed. They are so versatile so you can add to oats, smoothies, fat bombs and everything in between!
