“These Sweetened Nibs are great! Not too sweet. I wanted to primarily write about the benefits of these Nibs. They literally do give you sustained energy! I eat two tablespoons a day- but not all at once or you’d have to peel me off the ceiling, lol.. I portion them out to one teaspoon six times a day, or put another way.. one teaspoon every two hours six times a day. I never get “hangry” anymore- and I used to daily. My stomach actually growled the other day. I was shocked, because normally I could never let myself get to that point because my blood sugar would be too low. Not an issue anymore. Don’t need a nap after coming home from work anymore. These nibs give a healthy nutrition to my super busy days. They also give an underlying calm feeling too, as well as a lovely “stimulation” similar to coffee, but understated, and doesn’t drop you off. The key for me is eating the small amount throughout the day. I can say these nibs have changed my life with the energy and calmness they give. One adverse thing.. I won’t order them in summer anymore.. they melted and were a literal solid block.. ugh!.. making it impossible to get my one teaspoon amounts. And breaking them apart with a hammer in the bag as suggested.. not a good look, and the broken chunks are impossible to measure an amount in any way. So in summer, I will get the regular nibs.”

“It really it’s the spot when wanting a chocolate treat. I add it to my smoothies as well as frozen bananas , it comes out like ice cream.”

“I love the sweetened Cacao Nibs! I have cut way down on eating processed sugars, particularly my cravings for dark chocolate. These dark chocolate nibs are perfect - they go in my plain Greek Yogurt or by themselves for the perfect treat!”

“The Sweet Cacao Nibs are the perfect antidote for those of us who crave dark chocolate, but without the added refined sugar! They are perfect in plain yogurt or to snack along with a nut butter! They have helped save my waistline but still give the dose of dark chocolate goodness! I have tried other brands, and for me, Sunfood is the best!”
