This has been come a staple in my house. I use it daily in my morning grain free hot cereal! I used to just use matcha, but I've switched to this to get extra benefits of the mushrooms. Sometimes I'll use it to make a drink too if I need a little energy and don't want caffeine.

I add this to my morning gruel (chia and hemp seed, shredded coconut, goji berries, red maca (from Sunfood), and cinnamon. I used to add matcha, but I've replaced that with this to increase my mushroom intake due to all the great benefits.
