I wrote a review, and received a call a few days later that they are sending me new sparklers to replace the damaged ones. I didn't call and complain, and was planning to use the damaged sparklers as best as I could. They reached out to me correct the situation. What FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am VERY impressed and because of what they are doing, I will continue using Superior Celebrations and be loyal to this business.”
