As discussed via email a resolution was offered regarding the Waistband Name. However, after receiving photographs of your order, we can confirm that the embroidery was completed in White as requested. To display this to you images were sent of the two embroidery threads to emphasise the difference. A refund was offered minus the embroidery & postal costs as per the Terms & Conditions on our website which was not accepted by yourself.
