Unfortunately an error was discovered on the Suzi Wong website for the product the customer wished to order. The product was taken down whilst the error was resolved within 12 hours and re enlisted. We offered the customer a discount to allow customer to ordered instantly and answered all emails out of office hours. Customer service is paramount to Suzi Wong and we always endeavour to resolve all issue asap.
