“Unfortunately I wasted my money and time on this depressing trip. I didn't see anything because of the fog. Why didn't you tell us that we will go up to take a shower in the rain? You didn't tell us that we will go up just to watch the fog that blocked the view of all the areas surrounding the summit. Also, we didn't find a suitable seat on the train. The employee was rude and harsh and refused to open the cabin even though it was empty and insisted on us getting on in a crowded cabin.”

“I have send that it was very bad it was rainy and we didnt see anything i have paid 208 chf !!!! It is not fair .. we go up and then we back directy to the toilete we didnt enter because the weather . Althoug other clients paid low price than us !!!!!!! We are so disappointed”
