“You sold me a reserved seat on a train going to Jung frau that didn’t exist. The QR code didn’t work and the train timing was 1:33 pm on the ticket, not 1:30 pm. The platform guy allowed me to travel with no reservation.
Honestly, I would like my seat reservation money and the processing fee back. This is terrible specially for Switzerland which is an honest country.
The train station master told me you have played such gimmicks before with other customers too. And requested me to book directly from the SBB website.
Since I was tired the night before travel and didn’t want to be delayed, I bought the ticket through your website when the ad came up. You unfortunately cheated me on the seat reservation. I will post this review on google, TripAdvisor and other travel sites.”

We’d like to clarify that the departure time you selected during booking is correctly shown on your ticket as 1:34 PM — this is the official and accurate departure time. The QR codes were valid and successfully scanned on-site, including for your return journey.
The seat reservation from Eigergletscher to Jungfraujoch is set by our partner and is mandatory, and the train staff are always informed of the corresponding seat assignments, as the trains are operated by Jungfrau Railways.

“The confirmation says to meet at Interlakeb OST. We never saw a group & we were there 20 minutes early, so we winged it. Unfortunately, there weren’t instructions on what station to get off, so naturally we waited until Grindelwald. Big mistake! The Eiger express is at Terminal. (Google did us no favors ) after wandering the town for 1/2hr I asked a lady at a hotel for directions. She sent us further into town to Grindelwald First. I KNEW that was wrong. We finally took a chance and bussed to Terminal and found our way. We had to wait because we “missed” our reserved time - which is No Where on the Reservation! Same for the return. We made it, but with a lot of mistakes and wasted time. Some say that’s the “fun” of traveling. If I was 20 years younger with more mobility, I’d agree.”

“Es war nicht ersichtlich dass man ein zweites Mal umsteigen muss und der Zug zurück war komplett voll. Sehr eng. Aber auch klar bei so einem touristischen hotspot”

make sure you arrive at train station early
And be aware that a lot of people have no manners
And getting on you take your life into your hands,
Getting of is even worse they push and shove, and won’t let you get off,
No consideration for parents with push chairs and Prams / even people with walking aids
also some put bags on seats so you are not able to site down , also be aware of 1st and second class seating”
“The weather was bad and we couldn't see anything of the alps which was the reason we booked the trip. Also the train line from Grindelwald was closed for 3 weeks. We were not told of this until we arrived in Grindelwald. We had to return to the previous station, take the cable car, which frightens me, then get the train the rest of the way. The official wouldn't let us on the train.We had to find a friendly official who listened to us and we were then allowed on the train. Not a good experience.”
