“The lake is pretty but the staff both on the deck and the boat are rude and unhelpful even by already low Swiss standards. Completely charmless and should not be working hospitality jobs in my opinion. Although I did not experience the direct inhospitality as I have dealt with all kinds and had my tickets ready on my phone, the ticket checker was condescending to many passengers especially to those who were not white. Maybe it’s not designed for tourism, more of a commuter ferry. But don’t package it as a tourist experience.”

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge until the day before the trip. After that, cancellations are no longer possible, even in case of rain, as long as the boats operate as scheduled.
