“Terrible experience! On my ticket it was written that free parking is included. But the person at the reception told me that last year it was included and not this year. He wouldn't understand that last year is none of my concern and my ticket says parking is included. He said it is the state's problem that this happend. Nevertheless, he refuses to pay my parking! They told me to send an email to them, and guess what, they never replied!
There are many other Zipline places in Switzerland where they respect you and themselves. Not this place definitely.
Moreover, you have to pay for lockers that are just there. They have all means to make a couple more bucks from you.”
